Even though practically everyone has some knowledge about Lord Krishna, almost nobody can say that they are completely familiar with everything there is to know about him. After reading "Bhagawad Gita As It Is" by His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in July 2020, I was able to gain this comprehension. What happened next was a life-changing experience for me that gave me answers to all those existential questions I had forever had in my heart, gifted me the taste of an immeasurable amount of happiness, made me realize the real purpose of this Human form of life, and brought me to the most blissful process of attaining Self-realization, which is Krishna Consciousness. All of these things happened after I had studied his books.
This song represents a contrast between what little I understood about the Supreme Absolute truth of Lord Shri Krishna before I started reading Srila Prabhupada's books and the treasure of tremendous knowledge I gained after I finished reading his books.
The books written by His Divine Grace have quickly become the possessions I value the most in my entire life, and I am convinced that they are the most valuable asset that mankind as a whole currently possesses. This song is a humble dedication to Srila Prabhupada and his books, through which he is guiding millions of people like me and shall keep guiding billions of fortunate souls for thousands and thousands of years to come, toward the Highest achievable goal of this human form of life, which is going back to home, back to Godhead.
